Why do you love Estill Voice Training? EVT is based on how the voice works. It helps me understand how they make sounds. This science-based method makes voice training smarter and more effective. Also, EVT helps people learn more about their voices. This understanding can make them feel more confident and improve their performance.

Biggest professional challenge: Vocal Health Issues: teachers must be aware of vocal health and how to prevent strain or injury in themselves and their students. This requires ongoing education and care.

Favorite vocalist: Eason Chan. Eason’s songs often convey deep emotions and relatable themes, such as love, heartbreak, and personal growth. His ability to express these feelings resonates with listeners.

Favorite book: “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie. Enhanced Communication: Carnegie’s techniques assist readers in improving their communication skills, allowing them to be more effective in both personal and professional interactions. Many find that they can articulate their thoughts more clearly and build stronger connections with others.

Hobby: Singing, reading and hitting the gym!

Favorite quote: I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can’t accept not trying.” (Michael Jordan)

People would be surprised to know: I have certifications in hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). These skills help me better understand my students’ needs and emotions. By applying these techniques, I can create a more supportive environment that encourages them to connect emotionally with their singing performances.
