Voice Science Meets Live Performance at Friday’s Estill Voiceprint™ Launch in Pittsburgh

Estill Voice International announces featured presenters, performers, and special guests for the August 21 launch of its new browser-based voice visualization platform

PITTSBURGH, Pa. — August 19, 2026 — Voice science, technology, and live performance will come together in Pittsburgh this Friday as Estill Voice International (EVI) officially launches the new Estill Voiceprint™, a browser-based platform that allows users to visualize and analyze the human voice in real time.

EVI has announced the featured presenters, performers, and special guests joining the Estill Voiceprint™ Launch Workshop & Celebration on Friday, August 21. The event will bring together voice professionals, performers, educators, clinicians, and technology leaders to demonstrate Voiceprint through live voices and real-world applications.

Leading the Workshop

The afternoon workshop will be led by:

Together, the presenters will take attendees behind the technology and demonstrate how Voiceprint can be used to visualize pitch, harmonics, resonance, loudness, brightness, clarity, and other acoustic information in real time.

Moving beyond a traditional software demonstration, the workshop will use live voices and practical applications to explore how visual acoustic feedback can support singers, actors, voice teachers, speech-language pathologists, and other professional voice users.

Live Performances and Special Guests

Voiceprint will be put to work live with performances and demonstrations from special guests including Nina Sainato, performer and Estill Master Trainer, and Kim McInnis, entertainer, Estill Master Trainer, and National Talent Recruiter for Howl at the Moon.

Attendees can also expect appearances from two surprise stars of stage and screen, whose participation will be revealed during the event.

Throughout the program, additional presentations, Voiceprint use cases, testimonials, and contributions will feature voice professionals and educators including Tom Burke (EMCI), Tara D. Deady (EMCI), Lara Brooks (EMCI-C), & Cari Tellis (EMCI).

The workshop will demonstrate Voiceprint across a range of real-world applications—from singing and musical theatre to voice training, education, and clinical voice practice—highlighting how professionals can use visual feedback to better understand what is happening acoustically when we speak and sing.

From Workshop to Stage

Following the workshop, attendees will head to Howl at the Moon Pittsburgh for the official launch celebration, featuring live demonstrations, music, networking, and live-band karaoke.

The celebration brings the technology back to its ultimate purpose: the voice in action. Attendees are encouraged to come prepared with their favorite karaoke song and take the stage with Howl at the Moon’s live band.

The Estill Voiceprint™ Launch Workshop takes place from 2:30–5:00 p.m. at Pittsburgh CLO Academy, followed by the Launch Celebration from 5:00–7:00 p.m. at Howl at the Moon Pittsburgh.

Registration closes the morning of Thursday, August 20.

General admission is $50 and includes access to the workshop and launch celebration. Estill Voice Training® Trainers may attend free of charge.
