Vision of Estill Voice Training®

The mission of Estill Voice International, LLC (EVI) is to provide vocal empowerment for all and to preserve and uphold the global standards and consistency of Estill Voice Training® (EVT®) courses, workshops, and certification across private studios, classrooms, and online settings. The Course Operating Manual (COM) serves as an administrative and production guide for all EMCIs and EMTs conducting Level 1 & 2 Courses, Introductory and Special Topics Workshops, Certification Training, and Practice Groups. It also provides guidelines for Trainers, including EFPs, who serve as event hosts.

These may include webinars, Q&A sessions, teaching demonstrations, or open sessions on social media. Such events typically last between 15 and 60 minutes and may take place either online or in person. No Course Posting Form is required, and no certificate of attendance will be issued.

Estill Voice Training® offers a structured certification pathway that supports trainers at every stage of their professional development. This section outlines the permissions associated with each certification level — Estill Figure Proficiency (EFP), Estill Master Trainer (EMT), and Estill Mentor & Course Instructor (EMCI) — specifically in the context of teaching, course delivery, and use of EVT materials. Estill Figure Proficiency (EFP) EFPs have demonstrated a high standard of control and proficiency of the Estill Figure Options but are not authorized to teach official Estill Voice Training® Courses or Workshops. However, they are encouraged to integrate EVT principles and exercises into their private studios, clinics, and classrooms. EFPs may use publicly available teaching tools such as: Make & Move Larynx™ The Estill Adventure: Figures for Beginners™ Estill Etudes™ Estill Exercises App™ (Apple Store & Google Play) Estill Voiceprint™ (a discounted Trainer subscription rate is available) Estill Voice Model: Theory & Translation™ EFPs may promote their use of Estill Voice Training® with the official EVT logos and EFP badge and share their personal experience with EVT, but they must clearly state their certification level and may not market themselves as official EVT course instructors. EFPs are encouraged to co-host official EVT events with EMTs or EMCIs. Estill Master Trainer (EMT) EMTs are certified to teach Estill Voice Training® and may independently offer: Introductory Workshops Special Topic Workshops Practice Groups for individuals who have completed Level 1 & 2 courses Practice Groups during Level 1 & 2 Courses, in collaboration with an EMCI EMTs are not permitted to teach public Level 1 & 2 Courses independently. However, if an EMT is a faculty member at a university or college that is recognized as an Estill Educational Affiliate (EEA), they may teach Level 1 & 2 Courses with prior approval from EVI and under the supervision of an EMCI. In such cases, all course materials must be used as published by Estill Voice International, and Certificates of Attendance can only be issued if an EMCI is supervising. EMTs can also provide coaching to individuals preparing for EFP or EMT certification, but they are not authorized to conduct official certification exams. EMTs have access to additional teaching materials from the Trainer Store and are encouraged to actively promote EVT, support public courses, and collaborate with EMCIs. EMTs must submit a course posting form for every public or private Workshop using the Course Posting Form in their Trainer Center. Estill Mentor & Course Instructor (EMCI) EMCIs hold the highest level of certification and teaching permissions in the EVT community. They are fully authorized to: Teach Level 1 and Level 2 Courses Lead Introductory, Special Topic, and Certification Training Workshops Facilitate Practice Groups Administer EFP and EMT Exams Mentor and observe candidates pursuing EFP, EMT, or EMCI certification EMCIs are responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of Estill Voice Training® delivery. In addition to their teaching responsibilities, EMCIs are expected to lead within the EVT community, contribute to curriculum development, support colleagues in the certification process, and uphold the Core Values & Practice Standards of Estill Voice International. They have full access to all official EVT course materials, presentation slides, and trainer resources, and are encouraged to present at professional conferences and participate in the growth of the EVT community. EMCIs have access to additional teaching materials from the Trainer Store and are encouraged to actively promote EVT, support public courses, and collaborate with EMTs and other EMCIs. EMCIs must submit a course posting form for every public or private Workshop and Course using the Course Posting Form in their Trainer Center. Summary of Trainer Permissions by Certification Level

Course and Workshop Posting Process

Every official Estill Voice Training® course, workshop, or practice group must be submitted through the Course Posting Form to ensure proper registration tracking, resource access, and certificate eligibility. This process allows Estill Voice International (EVI) to assign a course number, create registration links, and verify that all offerings meet quality and branding standards. Whether the event is public or private, hosted online or on location, submission of the Course Posting Form is mandatory and must be completed in advance of promotion or participant enrollment. Course/Workshop Request and Approval EMCIs and EMTs are permitted to offer real-time Practice Groups, Introductory and Special Topic Workshops, either in person or online. Only EMCIs are authorized to offer Level 1 & 2 Courses and Certification Training. All Course and Workshop offerings must meet the following criteria: Offerings must be registered with Estill Voice International by submitting a Course Posting Form through the My Trainer Center. All submissions are subject to review and must be approved by EVI before publication and advertisement. Public offerings will be reviewed and, if approved, posted on www.estillvoice.com within 48 hours of Course Posting Form submission. If EVI determines that a course cannot be approved as submitted, the instructor will be contacted with questions, suggestions, or required revisions to bring the offering into compliance with EVI guidelines. NOTE: Course approvals are not processed on weekends or public holidays when EVI offices are closed. No public advertisements may be made until the Course Posting Form has been approved. Once submitted, registration links for courses and workshops are generated and sent immediately to the instructor. The registration link becomes active as soon as the offering is approved. Offerings with dates that overlap the week of the Estill World Voice Symposium (EWVS) will not be approved. Plan your events accordingly and refer to official EVI announcements for confirmed Symposium dates before submitting a Course Posting Form. Private course submissions are reserved for Estill Educational Affiliates, universities, and other academic institutions offering EVT courses or workshops exclusively to individuals already enrolled as students or faculty. These offerings will not be displayed publicly on www.estillvoice.com. It is the responsibility of the instructor or host to send the registration link directly to participants so they may register with EVI and purchase the required course materials. Studio Link is reserved for EMTs and EMCIs who wish to enable their private studio students to purchase Foundations of Estill Voice Training® or PDF Workbooks. In these cases, Level 1 and/or Level 2 must be selected as the Listing Type. These listings are NOT visible on www.estillvoice.com and do not generate Certificates of Attendance. NOTE: If a Certificate of Attendance is required for private studio Level 1 & 2 students, EMCIs must submit a standard Private Course Posting Form, not a Studio Link. Workshop, Course, Practice Group and Certification Training participants must complete a two-step registration process by: Step 1: registering with Estill Voice International to complete privacy and registration agreements, purchase required materials via the EVT Resources Fee*, and for attendance and certification tracking. Step 2: paying Course Tuition Fees directly to the instructor or institutional contact provided in the course posting form. *During registration for Level 1 & 2 Courses, participants - both new and returning - must pay the Resources Fee. A “returning student” refers to an individual who has already purchased and completed Foundations of Estill Voice Training®, not someone who has previously taken a full Level 1 & 2 Course. The Resources Fee includes access to Foundations of Estill Voice Training®, a PDF version of the current course workbook, all supporting handouts, the Certificate of Attendance, customer service from EVI, and contributes to the ongoing development and quality of EVT materials, courses and certification technology. Instructor Information This section collects information about the primary instructor leading the event and any additional instructors who will be involved or leading practice groups in Level 1 & 2 courses. Accurate entry ensures proper crediting, communication, and visibility on estillvoice.com. Primary Instructor: The primary instructor must be an EMCI or EMT in good standing and is selected from a drop-down menu (alphabetized by last name). This individual will be the main point of contact and will receive all registration confirmation emails related to the event. Additional Instructors: EMTs and EMCIs assisting with Workshops or Level 1 & 2 Courses must be listed in this section. Multiple instructors may be selected from the drop-down menu. If needed, additional information can be included in the Instructor Notes field. Trainers who are not in good standing are not permitted to assist with Level 1 & 2 Courses. Contact Information Contact Person or Course Host: This is the individual responsible for answering participant questions related to enrollment, schedule, payment, venue, and other logistical details. The Contact does not need to be a certified member of the EVT Community and will receive registration confirmation emails. If the contact is an EMT, use their email address associated with their Trainer account. They will gain access to the course roster. If your Contact is not an EMT or EMCI and require access to the course roster, email cmager@estillvoice.com. These fields (Contact/Host First Name, Last Name, and Phone) collect the basic contact information for the individual responsible for logistical communication. Ensure that all information provided is accurate and up to date. Contact/Host Email: The email address entered here will receive registration confirmation emails. Only EMTs or EMCIs acting as Hosts will have access to the participant roster. Optional Email Recipients: Enter any additional email addresses that should receive registration confirmation emails. Multiple addresses should be entered comma-separated, with no spaces. Course Location Information This section collects details about the location where the course, workshop, or training will take place. Whether the event is online or in person, the information provided must be accurate and complete, as it will appear on the course listing and affect registration and visibility in course searches on estillvoice.com . This course is available online / This course is available on location: Select one or both options to indicate how the course will be delivered. Choose “online” if participants can attend remotely via video conferencing platforms, and “on location” if the course will take place in person at a physical venue. These selections determine how your course appears in the search filters on www.estillvoice.com. Location Address 1: Enter the physical address of the location, ONLINE, or the name of the streaming platform. Location Name: Enter the name of the venue, institution, or organization where the course will be held. This name will appear on applicable certificates. Use the English alphabet only when filling in this field. If the course is held online or in a private studio, write “ONLINE” or the studio name. Location Address 2: This optional field can be used to provide additional location details, especially if the course is available both online and in person. If applicable, you may write “ONLINE” or include the studio name in this field. Location City: Enter the city where the course will take place. This information will appear on the course description and will also help participants find the course when searching by city name on our website. For online-only courses, you may enter the city where the primary instructor is based or simply write “ONLINE.” Location Region: Enter the region where the course will take place, such as the state, province, prefecture, territory, etc. This field provides important geographic context, especially for in-person events, and helps participants locate offerings more easily. Note: Next to this field, you will see a question mark icon. Similar icons appear throughout the form. Hover (do not click) over the icon with your cursor to view a brief explanation for that specific field. Location Country: Select the country where the course will take place from the drop-down menu. This field is required and will appear on the course listing and applicable certificates. Ensure the correct country is selected, especially for in-person or location-based online events. Scheduling Information This section collects the start and end dates of your course, workshop, or training. Plan accordingly, as course approval may take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Note: Courses may not be scheduled during the Estill World Voice Symposium. Offerings submitted for those dates will not be approved. Be sure to check official EVI announcements for upcoming Symposium dates before posting your course. Start Date / End Date: Enter the first and last calendar dates of your course, workshop, practice group or certification training. These dates will appear on the course listing and participant certificates. Ensure the dates are accurate and final, as they are a key part of the course approval process. Dates must be selected using the drop-down calendar tool provided in the form. Session Times: Enter the time of day the course sessions will be held, using the local time zone of the course location. This field is not for listing the number of hours per day, but rather the actual start and end times of the sessions (e.g., 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Total Course Credit Hours: This optional field allows you to indicate the total instructional hours of the course. Only include the time spent on active teaching and learning - do not count coffee breaks, lunch breaks, or other non-instructional periods. Prerequisites: This optional field allows you to list any prerequisites participants must meet before attending the course. Completion of Level 1 Course is a prerequisite for Level 2 Course. Completion of Level 1 & 2 Course is a prerequisite for Practice Groups. Foundations of Estill Voice Training® in the Online Academy is a prerequisite for Level 1 Course, Level 1 & 2 Courses, and Certification Training. If you are offering an Introductory or Special Topic Workshop, include any audience-specific prerequisites or expectations in this field. Course Details This section must be completed in full, as it contains key information that determines how your course is listed, accessed, and approved. Ensure all information is accurate, as it will appear on the course listing and description and impact the registration process. This is a private course: This option is reserved only for Educational Affiliates and academic institutions. Selecting this checkbox means the event will not be publicly listed on www.estillvoice.com; however, a registration link, enrollment tracking, and certificate generation will still be available through EVI systems. Create a Studio Link: Reserved for EMTs and EMCIs who wish to provide their private studio students with access to purchase PDF Workbooks or Foundations of Estill Voice Training®. In this case, Level 1 and/or Level 2 must be selected as the Listing Type. These listings are not visible on the website and do not generate Certificates of Attendance. ASHA CEUs?: Select “Yes” if you would like to offer American Speech-Language- Hearing Association (ASHA) Continuing Education Units for your Level 1 or Level 2 Course. Listing Type: Choose the appropriate course type from the drop-down menu. If you select Level 1 and/or Level 2, the course name will be automatically generated and cannot be changed. If you select Introductory Workshop, Special Topics Workshop, Practice Group, or Certification Training, you will be prompted to add a custom title or specify the Special Topic, if applicable. Title or Special Topic: This field appears when one of the above listing types is selected (Introductory Workshop, Special Topics Workshop, Practice Group, or Certification Training). The title must include a reference to Estill, EVT, Estill Voice, or Estill Voice Training®, and may also include the target audience, application, or theme of the course. It may be written in the language of the course, and should include the word ONLINE when applicable. Note: the title cannot exceed 50 characters. Additional Course Requirement: For Level 1 and Level 1 & 2 Courses, Foundations of Estill Voice Training® will be automatically selected and cannot be unchecked. Participants should complete Foundations of Estill Voice Training® in the Estill Voice Online Academy prior to the start of the live component of the course. Instructors may also choose to add Foundations of Estill Voice Training® and/or The Power of Diction™ to any other course or workshop at their discretion. Be as specific and clear as possible, and write in the language of your target audience. A standard course description will be automatically generated based on the Listing Type and the primary course language selected in the Course Posting Form (see Course & Workshop Descriptions). The available languages are English, Italian, Spanish, German, French, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Ukrainian. Do not duplicate this content in the Instructor Notes section. Registration Information This final section allows you to indicate whether registration is open or closed for your course and to submit your Course Posting Form. Registration Closed? (Yes / No — select one) Select “No” if registration should be open to the public immediately after the course is approved. This is the most common option and allows participants to register as soon as the course is posted on www.estillvoice.com. Choose “Yes” if you are not currently accepting registrations. This may apply if: Registration is not yet open, You have intentionally closed registration, You are using two separate links (e.g., one for promotion with closed registration, and another private one sent directly to selected participants), A discount code is available only to selected individuals, You need to vet participants before allowing them to register etc. Registration for Estill Voice Training® courses closes automatically at the course start date. If additional participants need to register after this time (e.g., late or last-minute enrollments), the course instructor or host must contact info@estillvoice.com or cmager@estillvoice.com to request manual reopening. Managing Courses (My Courses List)

Estill Master Trainers (EMTs) and Estill Mentor & Course Instructors (EMCIs) have access to the My Courses menu within their My Trainer Center dashboard upon logging in at estillvoice.com. This section provides access to all courses the trainer has posted—past, present, and future. The landing page displays a summary for each course, including: Course format (online or on location) Course ID Dates Location Language Approval status Direct course registration link Each course listed includes three available actions: View, Edit, and Delete. Selecting “View” opens a detailed page that functions as the course roster and administrative hub. Trainers can: View a list of all participants registered for the course See participants’ selected workbook language and opt-in preferences Access participant contact information, including email addresses Mark attendance and confirm the participant’s course level (Level 1, Level 2, or both—especially in combined course formats) Issue Certificates of Attendance after the course is completed Export the participant list as a .csv file for personal record-keeping or reporting Course hosts (EMTs or EMCIs) listed in the original Course Posting Form will also have access to this information through their own My Courses section. The “Edit” option allows instructors or hosts to update course-related fields, including: Registration status (open or closed) Instructor contact information Course location and format details Scheduling information Course description Instructor Notes If changes cannot be made through the system or if assistance is needed, trainers may contact info@estillvoice.com. The “Delete” button allows trainers to remove a course posting if necessary. This should be used with caution, especially if participants have already registered.

This section outlines the official learning materials required for Estill Voice Training® courses and workshops, as well as the associated fees. These resources are designed to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience aligned with the Estill Voice Training®. All participants in qualifying events must register with Estill Voice International (EVI). Depending on the course type, this registration may include a required purchase of designated learning materials. While EVI registration is mandatory for all official offerings, the EVT Resources Fee applies only to specific courses and workshops. The EVT Resources Fee is a special discounted package available exclusively during registration for events listed on www.estillvoice.com. It provides access to essential learning materials and resources tailored to the selected course. This offer is only available during registration and cannot be applied to purchases made separately through the Estill Voice Online Academy or EVT Store. Resources To support structured, research-based learning, Estill Voice International offers a variety of official materials, including self-directed online courses, course workbooks, and supplemental handouts and tools. These resources accompany Estill Voice Training® courses and workshops and are continually updated to reflect the latest research and best practices in voice training. A. Self-Directed Courses Estill Voice International offers self-directed online courses through the Estill Voice Online Academy. These courses serve as foundational learning components for select Estill Voice Training® programs and provide participants with flexible, high-quality instruction that can be completed at their own pace. 1. Foundations of Estill Voice Training® Foundations of Estill Voice Training® is a self-directed online course that introduces participants to the theoretical framework of the Estill Voice Model. The course covers key concepts in anatomy, physiology, and acoustics relevant to vocal function and serves as the required theoretical foundation for Level 1 and Level 2 Courses, as well as Certification Training. The course includes eight lessons consisting of video lectures, short readings, anatomical diagrams, exploratory vocal exercises, journal reflections, and practical examples from EVT Level 1 and Level 2. Voiceprint™ examples and tutorials are also included to support acoustic analysis. Participants are required to complete Foundations before beginning the practical components of: Level 1: Figures for Voice™ Level 1 & 2: Figures for Voice™ & Six Voice Qualities™ Certification Training Workshops Foundations is hosted on the Estill Voice Online Academy. Once purchased, course access does not expire, and participants may revisit the content at any time. Participants who have already completed the course do not need to repurchase it but must register for future courses using the same email address to maintain access and ensure proper registration tracking. Participants who complete all eight lessons and pass the assessment with a score of 80% or higher will receive a Certificate of Completion. Through this course, participants will: Describe the scientific foundations of speech production Identify the anatomy involved in articulation Understand how diction choices influence communication and perception Develop predictable control to meet personal and professional speaking goals Course content includes four self-directed modules featuring instructional videos, short readings, journal reflections, anatomical diagrams, and exploratory vocal exercises. Participants complete this course independently through the Estill Voice Online Academy. Once purchased, access to the course does not expire. Language available: English. B. Course Workbooks Participants of Estill Voice Training® Level 1 and Level 2 Courses receive digital Course Workbooks as part of their EVT Resources Fee at the time of registration. These Workbooks are available in PDF format and are tailored to support each level of training: Level 1 Workbook™ – accompanies Figures for Voice™ Level 2 Workbook™ – accompanies Figure Combinations for Six Voice Qualities™ Each Workbook includes diagrams, guided exercises, terminology, reflection prompts, and structured space for note-taking. An inventory of Make & Move Larynx™ (hard copy) is sent annually to EMCIs for use in on location Level 1 and Level 2 courses. Both versions are suitable for individual study, classroom use, or as a supplemental tool in Estill Voice Training® courses and workshops. 3. Attractor State Worksheet The Attractor State Worksheet is an interactive PDF designed to support personalized voice training within the Estill Voice Training® framework. It includes two sections - one for speaking and one for singing - that list all Estill Figures and their Options. Users may check or uncheck relevant options to identify, reflect upon, and monitor their habitual (attractor) voice patterns. This tool supports self-assessment and progress tracking, helping participants to: Recognize and document default vocal behaviors, Set personalized and realistic vocal goals, Develop a targeted training strategy, Monitor improvements over time. The worksheet may be used independently or in collaboration with a trainer to enhance engagement, individualization, and strategic development in the learning process. 4. Structure Options Worksheet The Structure Options Worksheet is an interactive PDF tool designed to help users document and compare vocal settings across the 13 Figures for Voice™ in Estill Voice Training®. The worksheet presents a table format with Figure Options organized across the top row, creating columns for user input below. This resource enables trainers and participants to: Identify the current vocal settings (attractors) used by an individual, Compare configurations across students, performers, or Voice Qualities, Explore alternative combinations of Figures, Strategically plan changes to achieve specific vocal outcomes. While originally developed for Level 1 Courses, the Structure Options Worksheet is also a valuable resource in Level 2 and other courses and workshops. Video View Handout The Video View Handout is a visual reference guide designed to help participants understand the different video perspectives used in Estill Voice Training® course materials, including both Research and Training Videos. It provides labeled diagrams and explanatory notes for key views such as: Research Video View Training Video View Dual Endoscopy View In addition, the handout includes a glossary of commonly used abbreviations and visual markers that appear in Estill video content, enhancing comprehension and helping learners follow the visual data with greater accuracy. Level 1 & 2 Course Notes (Korean, Simplified Chinese, Japanese) Estill Voice Training® Workbooks are officially available in six languages: English, Italian, Spanish, German, French, and Russian. In addition to these official Workbooks, supplemental handouts are available in Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese. These materials contain helpful explanations and vocabulary to support native-language comprehension for students participating in Level 1 and Level 2 Courses. They were prepared by students and trainers, reviewed by Estill Voice International for general accuracy, but not formally approved as an official curriculum. The app features: One-on-one practice videos led by certified Estill trainers, offering step-by-step guidance. Figures in a Flash – interactive flashcards for review and test prep. Participant Registration Process

All participants must register for official Estill Voice Training® courses and workshops through the designated registration link provided on www.estillvoice.com. This is a mandatory step for confirming attendance and gaining access to required course materials. Participants who do not complete the official EVI registration will not be recognized as attendees and will not receive a Certificate of Attendance. The registration process consists of two required steps: Step 1: Participants must enter their information via the registration form linked from the course listing page (labeled “Register with EVI: Step 1”). They must use the same email address throughout the entire process to ensure proper delivery of required course materials and to receive their official Estill Voice Training® Certificate of Attendance. Trainers should instruct participants to register for Level 1 & 2 courses using their Estill Voice Online Academy email address (username) if they already have an account. If a participant does not yet have an Online Academy account, one will be automatically created during the registration process. Upon completion of registration and payment with Estill Voice International, confirmation emails — including Online Academy login credentials and, if applicable, Estill Voiceprint™ subscription activation details — will be sent to the participant. Trainers should remind participants to check both their inbox and spam folder for these messages. Step 2: Participants must send their Course Tuition payment directly to the course host or instructor, as specified in the course listing or follow-up instructions from the Trainer or host. Trainers are responsible for clearly communicating payment instructions and any applicable policies regarding refunds, discounts, or deadlines. Step 1: Registration with EVI Participants initiate their registration through the button labeled “Register with EVI: Step 1” on the individual course listing page. This link opens the official Estill Voice International (EVI) registration form, where participants must complete all required fields, accept registration terms, and submit payment if applicable. Whether or not a payment is required during registration (e.g., the EVT Resources Fee) depends on the course type and the selections made by the instructor at the time of course posting. The registration ensures access to digital materials, supports attendance tracking, and is required for issuing a Certificate of Attendance. Trainers must ensure that participants complete this step and use the same email address throughout the registration process to prevent issues with material access and record-keeping. Copy of the Terms & Conditions By completing the registration form for an official Estill Voice Training® course or workshop on www.estillvoice.com, participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These include policies on privacy, registration, course participation, vocal health, intellectual property, recordings, refunds, transfers, and cancellations. The policies outlined below are intended to protect participant rights, ensure course integrity, and maintain the standards of Estill Voice International (EVI). Privacy Estill Voice International, LLC (EVI) is committed to protecting participant privacy. Personal information collected during course registration is used exclusively to administer user accounts and deliver the products and services requested. Participants have the option to opt-in to receive communications about upcoming courses and new Estill Voice Training® products. This consent is collected via a checkbox within the official registration form. By checking this box, participants authorize EVI to use their contact information for limited promotional purposes. While this opt-in is entirely voluntary, it is highly encouraged. It allows EVI to keep participants informed about valuable educational opportunities and product updates and helps strengthen the global Estill community by keeping individuals engaged beyond the initial course experience. Trainers are encouraged to explain the benefits of this option during the registration process. EVT Course Registration Agreement When participants register for an Estill Voice Training® (EVT) course or workshop, they agree to a registration agreement that outlines expectations for vocal health, copyright compliance, and responsible use of course content. This agreement is designed to safeguard both the well-being of participants and the integrity of Estill Voice International (EVI) intellectual property. Information submitted during registration is shared with course hosts and instructors for course administration purposes only. EVI retains this data for attendance and certification tracking and does not use it for marketing unless the participant has opted into communications or holds a current certification as an Estill Trainer. Trainers are responsible for ensuring that participants are aware of and adhere to the terms of the agreement upon registering. Regarding Vocal Health By agreeing to the Estill Voice Training® Course Registration Agreement, the participant acknowledges that the exercises presented in EVT courses are considered safe when performed correctly and under supervision. However, taking any exercise out of context from the full EVT framework may place their voice at risk. While EVI is committed to promoting vocal health, it does not make medical claims or guarantees. Responsibility for the health of the voice remains with the participant. Participants are advised to: Seek the advice of a qualified medical professional, such as a laryngologist (an ENT doctor specializing in voice), prior to beginning any vocal training program if they have concerns about their vocal health. Inform their instructor—confidentially—if they have ever been diagnosed with a voice disorder or suspect they may currently have one. Invest the necessary time to learn and perform each exercise correctly and at “most comfortable vocal effort,” under the supervision of a certified Estill Master Trainer (EMT) or Estill Mentor and Course Instructor (EMCI). Regarding Copyrights By agreeing to the Estill Voice Training® Course Registration Agreement, participants acknowledge the following: All Estill Voice Training® (EVT) materials—including books, papers, pamphlets, video and audio media, and all related content, logos, and visuals—are copyrighted and proprietary. These materials may not be reproduced in any form without the express written permission of Estill Voice International. Trainers should direct participants to the Estill Online Store for publicly available teaching resources. Use of EVT logos in any professional marketing is prohibited unless the individual holds official certification from EVI. Participants may list completed EVT workshops and courses in a curriculum vitae to reflect professional development. However, a Certificate of Attendance does not confer authorization to teach EVT or to present oneself as an EVT-certified practitioner. Regarding Recordings By agreeing to the Estill Voice Training® Course Registration Agreement, participants acknowledge that any audio or video recordings made during a course are for personal use only and may only be created with explicit permission from the Course Presenter. If such permission is granted, participants agree that these recordings: May not be shared, played publicly, uploaded to any web-based media platforms, or transcribed for others. Are intended solely for the participant’s private study and review in accordance with EVI’s privacy and intellectual property policies. Refund & Credit Policy By agreeing to the Estill Voice Training® Course Registration Agreement, the participant acknowledges and accepts the following policies related to refunds and credits: The EVT Resources Fee, payable to Estill Voice International, LLC (EVI), is non-refundable. If a participant believes a purchase was made in error or is uncertain whether the transaction was completed, EVI must be contacted at info@estillvoice.com within 24 hours of purchase. If no contact is made within this timeframe, the participant will not be eligible for a refund, but may receive credit toward a future course Resources Fee. Estill Voiceprint™ subscriptions are non-refundable and non-returnable. Course tuition, which is paid directly to the course host or instructor, may or may not be refundable or applicable toward a future course. Refunds for tuition are entirely at the discretion of the course host or instructor. Trainers must include their tuition refund policy in the Instructor Notes section of the course posting form. Estill Voice International is not responsible for tuition refunds and will refer any related inquiries to the course host’s contact information provided in the course listing. Resources Fee and Transfer Policy By agreeing to the Estill Voice Training® Course Registration Agreement, the participant acknowledges and accepts the following conditions regarding the EVT Resources Fee and course transfers: The EVT Resources Fee is a discounted rate available only at the time of registration for official courses and workshops listed on www.estillvoice.com. This fee is applicable only within the registration system and cannot be used toward purchases in the Estill Voice Online Academy or the EVT Store. If a participant is unable to attend a course due to emergency circumstances, their registration with Estill Voice International (EVI) may be transferred to a future course at no additional cost. The course instructor and the participant must contact info@estillvoice.com to request assistance. Course hosts may initiate the request, but written confirmation from the course instructor must be included. If no transfer request is made and the participant cancels their registration for a Level 1 Course, they forfeit their open enrollment in Foundations of Estill Voice Training®. In this case, access to the Foundations course will be terminated seven days from the cancellation date. Participants who wish to regain permanent access to the Foundations course may do so by paying the difference between the discounted Resources Fee and the regular course price. Cancellation Policy Cancellation policies are determined at the discretion of the course instructor. Instructors must clearly outline their cancellation policy in the Instructor Notes section of the Course Posting Form to ensure that participants are informed in advance. Estill Voice International does not manage or enforce tuition-related cancellations and will refer all inquiries to the course host or instructor. Registration Form Overview Participants must use their Estill Voice Online Academy account email address (username) if they already have one, or they will be charged the full Resources Fee again. If they do not already have an account, one will be created for them when registering for Level 1 & 2 courses or Workshops with Foundations as an add-on resource. All confirmation emails and access details are sent after registration and payment — trainers should remind participants to check their inbox and spam folders. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed in order to submit the Registration Form. First Name and Last Name: This information will appear on applicable certificates. Participants must use the English alphabet only, as other character sets may not display correctly. Ensure that the First Name field contains the first name, and the Last Name field contains the last name. Phone: This field is used for administrative purposes, including bank or payment-related verification if needed. Participants should enter a valid phone number where they can be reached. Email / Please Confirm Your Email: Participants must enter the email address associated with their Estill Voice Online Academy account for Level 1 & 2 course registration, if they have one. Trainers should remind participants to double-check for accuracy and ensure there are no extra spaces before, within, or after the address, as incorrect or mismatched entries may result in registration errors or delays in access to course materials. Note: Email addresses with the domain hotmail.com may experience issues receiving important communications from Estill Voice International, including registration confirmations and Certificates of Attendance. Participants are encouraged to use an alternative email address, if possible, to ensure successful delivery. Address Fields (Address 1, Address 2, City, Region, Postal Code, Country): These fields are required for administrative purposes only. Trainers should inform participants that course materials are delivered digitally—no physical materials will be shipped. Participants must provide accurate address details to support proper recordkeeping and certification documentation. Preferred Course Language: This field appears during registration for Level 1, Level 1 & 2 Courses, and Workshops when Foundations of Estill Voice Training® is a required component. Participants must select their preferred language for the Foundations of Estill Voice Training® course from the drop-down menu. This selection determines the language of the online course materials. Available languages currently include: English, Italian, Spanish, German, French, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Korean and Japanese. Participants should choose the language they feel most comfortable studying in. If a change is needed after registration is submitted, participants should contact info@estillvoice.com to request an update. EVT Trainer Level: Participants must select their current Estill Voice Training® certification level from the drop-down menu. If they are not certified, they should choose "I'm not a trainer yet." This information is used for administrative tracking and helps tailor course communications. Which Course Are You Attending?: This field appears during participant registration for a combined Level 1 & 2 Course and is mandatory. Trainers should inform participants that they must select whether they are registering for Level 1 only, Level 2 only, or both Level 1 & 2. This selection directly affects attendance records, Resources Fee and the content of the Certificate of Attendance. Terms and Conditions: During the registration process, participants will be asked to review and respond to two checkboxes: Privacy Settings (Optional): This checkbox allows participants to opt in to receive email communications about upcoming Estill Voice Training® courses, products, and resources. While not required for registration, selecting this option is encouraged for those who wish to stay connected with the Estill Voice community. Additional details can be found in the Terms & Conditions section above. EVT Course Registration Agreement (Required): This checkbox confirms that the participant has read and agrees to the Estill Voice Training® Course Registration Agreement. This includes policies related to privacy, vocal health, intellectual property, recordings, refunds, transfers, and attendance. Agreement to these terms is required in order to complete registration. Note: For the next steps, the registration form will adjust dynamically based on the course type, any required resources, and optional add-ons selected by the participant. Trainers should familiarize themselves with the following registration scenarios to provide accurate guidance and ensure a smooth registration process for their participants. Option 1: No Resources Fee Required For most Introductory Workshops, Special Topics, Practice Groups, and Certification Training Workshops where no Estill Voice Training® resources are required, participants simply complete the registration form and click the “Register” button. No payment is collected during this step. Option 2: Optional Resources Only For courses without required resources but with optional add-ons (such as Estill Voiceprint™), participants who choose an add-on will be prompted to enter their card details and complete payment during registration. They must check a confirmation box acknowledging the non-refundable nature of the purchase and related policies, then click the “Register & Pay” button to complete registration. Note: For Introductory Workshops, Special Topic Workshops, Practice Groups, and Certification Training, the Voiceprint add-on check is triggered automatically when the participant enters their email address. There is no "Continue" button in this flow. Option 3: Level 2 Course (No Foundations Required) In standalone Level 2 Courses where Foundations of Estill Voice Training® is not included, participants are required to pay the Resources Fee during registration. Trainers should inform participants that they will need to enter valid card details, select their desired Workbook language from a mandatory drop-down menu, and confirm their understanding of the non-refundable nature of the purchase and related policies by checking the required confirmation box before clicking the “Register & Pay” button to complete the process. Participants may also be offered the option to add an Estill Voiceprint™ subscription at a discounted rate during registration. While this add-on is not mandatory, it is highly recommended as a tool to reinforce course content and support independent practice. Option 4: Level 1, Level 1 & 2, or Any Course Where Foundations Is Required When registering for Level 1, Level 1 & 2, or any other course where Foundations of Estill Voice Training® is mandatory — either due to course type or instructor selection during course posting — participants will automatically pass through an API verification check. This check confirms whether the participant has already completed and purchased Foundations of Estill Voice Training® (essential to prevent duplicate purchases) and whether they have an active Estill Voiceprint™ subscription. Participants must register using the same email address associated with their Estill Voice Online Academy account and, if applicable, their Estill Voiceprint™ account. If the system identifies the participant as a new student who has not completed Foundations, the full Resources Fee — including access to Foundations — will be applied. If the participant is recognized as a returning student who has already completed or at least purchased Foundations, the system will apply the returning student Resources Fee that excludes Foundations. If the system detects no active Voiceprint subscription, the Voiceprint add-on offer will be displayed during registration. If the system detects an active subscription, the following message will appear instead: "You already have an active Estill Voiceprint™ subscription. Sign in to your Voiceprint account." Once the API check is completed (typically within 1–2 seconds), the registration form will proceed to the standard EVT Resources Fee section. At this stage, participants must select their desired Workbook language, confirm acknowledgment of the non-refundable fee and other policies, and then click the “Register & Pay” button to finalize their registration. Important Note: If a participant encounters issues during registration (e.g., payment error or incomplete submission), they should not attempt to register again. Instead, they should immediately contact info@estillvoice.com for assistance to avoid duplicate entries or payment issues. Registration Notifications Participant Confirmation Upon successful registration, participants will automatically receive a series of confirmation emails from Estill Voice International. These notifications are essential to ensure participants gain timely access to required course materials and can adequately prepare in advance of the course. Participants will receive the following notifications: Registration Confirmation*: This email confirms the participant’s registration with Estill Voice International and includes: Course information such as course number, date, location, and instructor name. General instructions regarding course tuition payment, if not already submitted. If a Tuition Payment Link was included in the Course Posting Form, it will appear in this email. If not, the course instructor or host is responsible for contacting participants directly with payment details. Estill Voice International is not responsible for tuition collection. A summary of the Resources Fee and the specific items included. A download link for the Course Workbook (PDF), along with recommended viewing tools. A reminder that download links expire at the close of the course. *A duplicate registration confirmation email is sent directly to the instructor and to the additional email addresses that were included in the course posting form. Estill Voice Online Academy Access: If Foundations of Estill Voice Training® is included in the participant’s registration, a separate email will be sent containing: Login credentials (username and password). A direct link to the Estill Voice Online Academy platform. Foundations should be completed before the start of the live course. Course access does not expire, and participants may review the material at any time. Estill Voiceprint™ Subscription Confirmation: If Estill Voiceprint™ is added during registration, the following information will appear in the Step 1 confirmation email: "You purchased a 1-year subscription to Estill Voiceprint. Check your email for a separate message titled 'Welcome to Estill Voiceprint — set your password' with a link to set up your Voiceprint account. The card you used today will renew your subscription automatically one year from now at the regular rate; you can update or cancel at any time from your Voiceprint account." Participants will also receive a second separate email titled "Welcome to Estill Voiceprint — set your password" containing a link to activate and set up their Voiceprint account. Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-returnable. Guidance on how to use Estill Voiceprint™ is available through Voiceprint University. Note: If participants do not receive any of the emails listed above, they should check all folders in their email account, including inbox, spam, junk, and promotions. If the messages are still not found, either the participant or the trainer may contact info@estillvoice.com for assistance.

Attendance & Certificates

Attendance Level 1 & Level 2 Courses To receive a Certificate of Attendance, participants must attend all required components of the course or workshop. Attendance is mandatory for live instruction; watching or listening to course recordings does not satisfy attendance requirements. Requirements for a Level 1 Certificate of Attendance include: Completion of Foundations of Estill Voice Training® through the Estill Voice Online Academy. While participants are encouraged to complete this course before the start of Level 1, it may be completed later. However, the Certificate of Attendance for Level 1 will only be issued once Foundations is fully completed. Full participation in all components of the instructor-led Level 1: Figures for Voice™ course (lectures and small group practice sessions), delivered either online or in person. Requirements for a Level 2 Certificate of Attendance include: Full participation in all components of the instructor-led Level 2: Figure Combinations for Six Voice Qualities™ course, including lectures and small group practice sessions. This course may be delivered either online or on location. Note: Viewing or listening to recordings (audio, video, or transcripts) instead of real-time attendance at Level 1 and Level 2 Courses is strictly prohibited. In the case of an emergency absence, EMCIs may permit participants to schedule live make-up sessions conducted by an EMT or EMCI. The cost for these make-up sessions is set at the discretion of the EMT or EMCI and must be clearly communicated to the participant before scheduling. A Certificate of Attendance will only be issued after all course components have been completed. Attendance Workshops and Practice Groups Requirements for Workshop and Practice Group Certificates of Attendance Certificates of Attendance for Workshops and Practice Groups may be issued at the discretion of the EMT or EMCI, in accordance with their own attendance policies. In the case of an emergency absence during multi-day workshop or Practice Group offerings, refer to the Recording Policy & Permissions section for applicable guidelines. Certificates of Attendance: Certificates of Attendance are issued to participants who successfully complete eligible Estill Voice Training® offerings. These certificates serve as official documentation of course completion and may be required for continuing education credit or as a prerequisite for certification. Issuance is managed by the course instructor, with assistance from Estill Voice International if needed, and is based on course type, attendance verification, and instructor policy. Only Certificates of Attendance from Level 1 and Level 2 Courses meet the prerequisite requirements for Estill Voice Training® certification. These certificates confirm successful participation in a course but do not indicate certification as an Estill Voice Trainer. Certificates of Attendance for all other offerings — such as Workshops and Practice Groups — may be issued at the discretion of the trainer, in accordance with their personal attendance policies. These certificates do not fulfill any prerequisite or requirement toward Estill Voice Training® certification nor do they guarantee a “passing” of exams associated with certification. Only EMCIs are authorized to issue Level 1 and Level 2 Course Certificates of Attendance for both public and privately listed courses through the official course posting form. An exception to this policy applies when an EMT serves as the course contact/host or as an instructor at a university under the supervision of an EMCI. In such cases, the EMT may receive explicit permission from the supervising EMCI to issue Certificates of Attendance on their behalf. In accordance with the attendance policy outlined above, participants in Level 1 and Level 2 Courses must complete Foundations of Estill Voice Training®, attend all scheduled lectures, and actively participate in small group practice sessions to be eligible for a Certificate of Attendance. Certificates of Attendance must be issued within 7 days of the course end date. Certificates are auto-generated immediately after the attendance record is verified and submitted via the “My Courses” section in the “My Trainer Center.” Important: Participants using hotmail.com email addresses will most likely not be able to receive any of our automatically generated emails, including registration confirmations and certificate of attendance emails. Transfer Guidelines If a participant is unable to attend a course due to emergency circumstances, their registration with Estill Voice International (EVI) may be transferred to a future course at no additional cost. To request a transfer, both the participant and the course instructor must contact info@estillvoice.com for assistance. Course hosts may submit a transfer request on behalf of the participant; however, written approval from the course instructor must be included with the request. Important: Participants, who request a transfer, should not register for a future course on their own. All transfers must be coordinated through EVI to ensure proper access to course materials and accurate registration records. If a participant registers independently, no refunds will be granted. Transfer requests should be submitted prior to the course start date whenever possible. Foundations of Estill Voice Training® Access After Cancellation If a participant does not request a transfer to a future course and cancels their participation in a Level 1 Course, they forfeit their open enrollment in Foundations of Estill Voice Training® through the Estill Voice Online Academy. Access to the course will be terminated seven days from the date of cancellation. Participants who wish to regain permanent access to Foundations of Estill Voice Training® may do so by paying the difference between the discounted Resources Fee and the standard course price.

Resources Fee Refund Policy The EVT Resources Fee payable to Estill Voice International, LLC (EVI) is non-refundable. If a participant believes a purchase was made in error or is unsure whether a transaction was completed, EVI must be contacted within 24 hours of the purchase by the participant or the course instructor/host at info@estillvoice.com. If no contact is made within this timeframe, the participant will not be eligible for a refund but may receive credit toward a future course Resources Fee. Course Tuition Refund Policy Course Tuition paid directly to the course host or instructor is separate from the EVT Resources Fee and may or may not be refundable. Tuition refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the course host or instructor. Refund policies must be clearly stated in the Instructor Notes section of the Course Posting Form to ensure transparency for participants. Estill Voice International (EVI) is not responsible for refunding Course Tuition. Any inquiries regarding tuition refunds will be redirected to the email address listed for the course host in the official course posting. Estill Voiceprint™ Refund Policy Estill Voiceprint™ subscriptions are non-refundable and non-returnable. Upon successful purchase during course registration, participants will receive a separate email titled "Welcome to Estill Voiceprint™ — set your password" containing a link to activate their account. Subscriptions renew automatically one year from the date of purchase at the regular rate. Participants may update or cancel their subscription at any time from their Voiceprint account at voiceprint.estillvoice.com.

Recording Policy & Permissions

The official policy of Estill Voice International (EVI) regarding audio and video recordings of Estill Voice Training® courses, workshops, practice groups, and certification events establishes clear expectations for when recordings are permitted, who may access them, and how they may be used. This policy is designed to protect intellectual property, ensure participant privacy, and uphold the integrity of live instruction. Level 1 & Level 2 Courses Recording of Level 1 and Level 2 lectures is strictly prohibited under all circumstances. However, trainers may grant permission for participants to record open coaching sessions, masterclasses, or practice group segments at their discretion. Any recordings made may only be used for personal review and must not be shared, distributed, or sold. Introductory and Special Topic Workshops Recording of Introductory and Special Topic Workshops is strictly prohibited. This applies to all portions of the event, including lectures, demonstrations, and discussions, unless explicit written permission is granted in advance by Estill Voice International. Practice Groups and Certification Training In accordance with the guidelines below, Practice Groups listed independently from Level 1 & 2 Courses and multi-day Certification Training Workshops may be recorded under specific conditions. Recordings may be used to support absent participants or to facilitate additional practice outside of scheduled sessions. However, these recordings are not permitted for resale under any circumstances. Guidelines Recordings may only be permitted under the following conditions: The participant must notify the trainer in advance of their absence. All participants in the session must give their consent to being recorded. Use of the recording is strictly governed by the Registration Agreement, which states: “… these recordings are for your personal use only and … they will not be played, uploaded to web-based media, nor transcribed for anyone else.” These conditions are in place to protect participant privacy and uphold the intellectual property rights of Estill Voice International.

Translations & Transcriptions

Estill Voice International (EVI) maintains high standards for the use, modification, and reproduction of its intellectual property. This includes policies governing both translations and transcriptions of Estill Voice Training® (EVT) content. Trainers, course hosts, and translators are expected to comply fully with the guidelines outlined below. Translations Live interpretation (oral translation) during courses is permitted under the following conditions: The instructor may bring their own translator or approve a translator provided by the course host. The translator must be approved by the instructor in advance of the course. Ideally, translators should be familiar with Estill Voice Training® concepts and terminology, especially when supporting technical content or responding to participant questions in real time. Translators must maintain content accuracy and confidentiality at all times. Written translations of EVT materials (e.g., slides, handouts, course notes, workbooks) are not permitted without explicit written permission from EVI. Any adaptation or reproduction of copyrighted content—including summaries or reworded handouts—is prohibited unless officially approved. Currently, official EVI translations are available in the following languages: Foundations of Estill Voice Training®: English, Italian, Spanish, German, French, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Japanese Level 1 & Level 2 Workbooks™: English, Italian, Spanish, German, French, Russian Level 1 & Level 2 Slides: English, Italian, Spanish, German, French, Russian, Chinese Unofficial or self-translated materials are not recognized by EVI and must not be distributed or used in any instructional setting. If trainers recognize significant demand for course materials in a language not currently offered, they may submit a formal request to Estill Voice International. All translation requests will be reviewed, and if approved, added to EVI’s development schedule based on institutional priorities and available resources. For inquiries regarding permission or translation projects, contact cmager@estillvoice.com. Transcriptions Transcriptions of Level 1 & 2 Courses Transcriptions of Level 1 & 2 courses are strictly prohibited. All EVT content is copyrighted. A strategic, well-planned promotional campaign increases course visibility, improves registration numbers, and strengthens the global presence of Estill Voice Training®. Branding & Visual Identity All promotional materials for Estill Voice Training® courses must adhere to Estill Voice International’s branding standards to ensure consistency, professionalism, and appropriate use of intellectual property. Trainers are expected to use official logos, certification badges, and messaging that reflect the integrity of the Estill Voice Training® brand. Only certified Estill Trainers (EFPs, EMTs, and EMCIs) may use official EVT® logos and badges—and only those that correspond to their current certification level. Logos and badges must not be altered in color, shape, or proportion, and should not be placed over backgrounds that compromise readability or visibility. When promoting a course or publishing Estill-related content online, trainers must clearly reference Estill Voice Training® and Jo Estill, include proper attribution where applicable, and refrain from using direct quotes from proprietary course materials. Estill Educational Affiliate (EEA) status is reserved for academic institutions and businesses that recognize the value of Estill Voice Training® and formally incorporate it into their curriculum. This may include having certified Trainers on staff, offering Level 1 & 2 Courses, listing “Estill Voice Training®” in course titles or descriptions, and using the EVT logo in institutional websites and promotional materials. Estill Voice International strongly supports academic freedom and does not require EEAs to exclude other pedagogical methods that may benefit their students. University/College/High School Courses

Estill Voice Training® (EVT) may be offered as part of the official curriculum at universities, colleges, and high schools. When these institutions collaborate with Estill Voice International (EVI) to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 Courses, they must follow standard procedures for course posting and participant registration while also observing additional requirements and options specific to academic settings. Course Posting All university, college, or high school EVT courses must be submitted using the standard Course Posting Form and marked as private to prevent public visibility in the EVI course search. This ensures that only the designated students intended for enrollment will have access to the registration link. After submitting the form, instructors must contact cmager@estillvoice.com to coordinate next steps. Instructors should specify who will be responsible for the Resources Fee—whether students will register and pay individually, or whether the institution will sponsor the course and request an invoice. Courses affiliated with academic institutions must be posted at least one month in advance, preferably earlier, especially near the start of the academic year. Resources Fee & Student Discounts Students registering for Estill Voice Training® courses offered through a university, college, or high school are eligible for a 50% discount on the EVT Resources Fee. Who can host a public workshop or course? Only certified Estill Master Trainers (EMTs) and Estill Mentor & Course Instructors (EMCIs) in good standing are authorized to lead and post public Estill Voice Training® workshops and courses. However, a non-certified individual (e.g., school administrator, program manager) may serve as a Course Host if partnered with a certified EMT or EMCI. In such cases, the certified Trainer remains responsible for all instructional and certification-related aspects, while the Host manages logistical and promotional responsibilities. All public courses must be posted by an EMT or EMCI through the official Course Posting Form. Who can host a private course or workshop? Private courses and workshops may be hosted by certified Estill Master Trainers (EMTs) or Estill Mentor & Course Instructors (EMCIs), as well as by approved institutions such as universities, colleges, high schools, or Estill Educational Affiliates (EEAs). A Course Host who is not EMT/EMCI may support the logistics, coordination, and communication; however, the certified Trainer is responsible for submitting the Course Posting Form and ensuring compliance with Estill Voice International (EVI) policies. Certificates of Attendance are issued through the My Courses section in your My Trainer Center on www.estillvoice.com. Follow these steps: Log in and go to My Courses. Locate the course and click “View.” For each participant: Confirm attendance by checking the appropriate box. If the participant was registered for a combined Level 1 & 2 Course but only completed one level, use the dropdown menu to select the correct certificate type. Once all attendance data is entered, click “Submit Attendance.” Certificates are automatically generated and emailed to participants once attendance is submitted. This must be done within 7 days of the course end date. Who can issue a Certificate of Attendance? Only Estill Mentor & Course Instructors (EMCIs) are authorized to issue Certificates of Attendance for Level 1 and Level 2 Courses, whether public or private. In university or institutional settings, an EMT may issue certificates only if they are acting as the course instructor under the supervision of an EMCI, and with explicit written permission from that supervising EMCI. For Workshops and Practice Groups, either an EMT or EMCI may issue a certificate, in accordance with their personal attendance policy. Can I issue a Certificate of Attendance late? Yes. If a participant completes all course requirements after the course has ended, you may issue their Certificate of Attendance at that time. If more than two years have passed since the course end date, contact info@estillvoice.com to confirm whether issuing the certificate is still permitted and to update the course record if necessary. Why can’t I issue Certificates of Attendance to some participants? If a participant’s name does not appear in your course roster, they likely did not complete the EVI registration process. Participants must register through the official “Register with EVI: Step 1” link to be eligible for a certificate. If a participant appears in your roster but the attendance checkbox is unavailable, it means they have not yet completed Foundations of Estill Voice Training® in the Online Academy. Once they finish Foundations, they must notify you, and you will then be able to issue their certificate. Can I transfer a participant to a future course? Yes. If a participant is unable to attend, they - or the instructor - must contact info@estillvoice.com to request a course registration transfer. Participants should not register for another course on their own. Once the request is approved by the course instructor, Estill Voice International (EVI) will transfer the participant’s registration at no additional cost. Can my student get an EVI Resources Fee refund? Resources Fees and Estill Voiceprint™ subscriptions are non-refundable and non-returnable. If a duplicate purchase was made, the participant or instructor must contact info@estillvoice.com within 24 hours of the transaction. Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of Estill Voice International (EVI). Can I give my students a copy or screenshots of the workbook or any other printed or digital Estill Voice Training® tools & products?
