  • Recommended Materials: Estill Voiceprint Plus™ is highly recommended for this course

Registering for this course will automatically create an Estill Voice Online Academy account for you (if you do not already have one) and enroll you into all components of the Level 1 & 2 Course: 1) the self-directed Foundations of Estill Voice Training®  2) the live online or on location Level 1: Figures for Voice™ and Level 2: Figure Combinations for Six Voice Qualities™ led by a certified EMCI.

Resource Fee including Foundations of Estill Voice Training®, PDF versions of Level 1 & 2 Workbooks, supporting materials, customer service and the Certificate of Attendance is payable to Estill Voice International at the time of registration: $185.00 USD (new student) $80.00 USD (returning student, already purchased Foundations of EVT®)

The Level 1 and 2 Course is for anyone who would like to improve their singing or speaking voice - singers, actors, vocal coaches, drama instructors, speech-language pathologists and other vocal health professionals. Level 1: Foundations of Estill Voice Training® & Figures for Voice™ teach the Craft of speaking and singing and employs exercises that will give you new vocal options for all styles. Level 2: Figure Combinations for Six Voice Qualities™ combines Figure options from Level 1 to produce six voice qualities--Speech, Falsetto, Sob, Twang, Opera, and Belt. This course offers a clear understanding of the voice’s limitless possibilities, along with how to keep it vibrant and healthy.

By the end of this course, you should be able to:

  • Describe the Estill Figures for Voice that span power, source and filter in voice production;
  • Explain the anatomy & physiology that underlying production of the EVT Figures;
  • Integrate Voice Qualities into drama, music, or voice therapy applications;
  • Assess the implementation of Voice Qualities by actors, singers, or patients;
  • Record and analyze samples of Voice Qualities using state-of-the-art voice technology.

  • Complete the course evaluation

Cancellation & Refund Policy:  In the event this course is canceled by the instructors, a full refund of the course fee will be given to all participants. In lieu of a refund, participants may choose to reserve their place at a future course with Dr. Kimberly Steinhauer. Participant cancellations will receive a full refund of the course fee up to two months prior to the start of the course. Within two months of the course start, participants may receive a 50% refund of the course fee or may transfer their registration to a future course with Dr. Steinhauer. No refunds for participant cancellations will be given after May 4, 2026 (2 weeks prior to course start). Access to Foundations of Estill Voice Training in the Online Academy is unlimited and the fee is non-refundable. The EVI Resources Fee is non-refundable and includes Foundations of Estill Voice Training®, Level 1 & 2 Workbooks, supporting handouts, Certificate of Attendance and administrative services from EVI. Voiceprint is non-returnable, non-refundable.
