Registration and Payment Deadline: July 1, 2026 

Workshop Cost: $499 (Student rate: $249). This tuition fee does not include the $185 resource fee (for those returning to this Estill Level 1 and II course, the resource fee is $80) which is due upon registration. Course Description:

The Level 1 and 2 Course is for anyone who would like to improve their singing or speaking voice—singers, actors, vocal coaches, drama instructors, speech-language pathologists and other vocal health professionals. Level 1: Foundations of Estill Voice Training® & Figures for Voice™ teach the Craft of speaking and singing and employs exercises that will give you new vocal options for all styles. Level 2: Figure Combinations for Six Voice Qualities™ combines Figure options from Level 1 to produce six voice qualities--Speech, Falsetto, Sob, Twang, Opera, and Belt. This course offers a clear understanding of the voice’s limitless possibilities, along with how to keep it vibrant and healthy.

By the end of this course, you should be able to:

  • Describe the Estill Figures for Voice that span power, source and filter in voice production;
  • Explain the anatomy & physiology that underlying production of the EVT Figures;
  • Integrate Voice Qualities into drama, music, or voice therapy applications;
  • Assess the implementation of Voice Qualities by actors, singers, or patients;
  • Record and analyze samples of Voice Qualities using state-of-the-art voice technology.

  • Masterclass/open coaching sessions for repertoire or case studies

Cancellation Policy

In the event that a participant must cancel, the following will be refunded:

  • 4 weeks or more before the course start date – 90% refund
  • Between 1-4 weeks before the course start date – 50% refund
  • No refunds will be given less than 48 hours before the course start date
  • There are no refunds for Resources Fees due to Trainer or participant cancellation of courses. EVI offers a free transfer service for participants from canceled courses to a future course offering with the same Trainer or a different Trainer.  The instructors of both courses must agree to the transfer and contact EVI in advance of the new course date.
