中国首位 Estill 导师及课程讲师 (EMCI) ；甜甜的音乐剧小屋品牌创始人

甜甜老师于 2026 年 1 月正式成为中国首位 Estill 课程讲师（EMCI），是 Estill嗓音训练（EVT；Estill Voice Training) 在中国本土化发展的领军人物。 自 2022-2026年，深度联结国际资源，与EVT现任国际主席Dr. Kimberly Steinhauer 以及多位资深 EMCI（包括 Patrik Thurner, Yukie Ina, Tim Richard, Leon Trayman 等），并联结亚洲EMT团队，组成EVT国际主席教学团，联合举办了七届“中国线上 EVT 第 1&2 级工作坊”。在此过程中担任主办方、部分内容的课程讲师、带练大师，以及为上述所有导师提供交替传译支持。2022年至今，致力于建设中国EVT教师梯队，已联合多位国际EMCI和中国 EMT 开展 EFP 及 EMT 备考课程，成功帮助上百位学习者获得 EVT 国际认证。

与此同时，甜甜老师作为首批音乐剧声乐教学法硕士研究生，率先并持续探索将EVT教学理念与音乐剧演唱教学深度融合。

教育背景

2018年-2020年，美国迦太基学院 (Carthage College) 音乐剧声乐教学法硕士 (M.M. in Musical Theatre Vocal Pedagogy)。

2014年-2018年，北京舞蹈学院 音乐剧表演专业。2016年，受“北京市人才培养计划”委派赴美访学1年，师从 Dr. Corinne Ness、Jeremy Mossman 及 Lorian Schwaber。

2008年-2014年，北京舞蹈学院附中，歌舞专业。

EVT认证旅程

2026年：获得 Estill导师及课程讲师（EMCI；Estill Mentor & Course Instructor) 认证，成为中国首位具备该资质的导师。

2022年：成为中国大陆首位Estill嗓音训练大师 (EMT；Estill Master Trainer)。

2019年：在美国迦太基学院参加EVT国际主席Kimberly Steinhauer主讲的第1&2级工作坊，并开始跟随其学习与备考。

EVT教学材料本土化

2025年 - 2026年：以EMCI-C身份在多届工作坊中使用中文版课程进行授课，为中国学员提供全中文学习环境。

2024 - 2025年：与多位国内EVT人士共同完成了 EVT 第1&2级工作坊课程幻灯片的官方中文翻译与校对。

2022年：与国内专业翻译人士共同翻译并校对了 Estill Foundation Course（Estill基础课程简体中文版），并发布于 EVT 官方在线学院。

EVT与音乐剧演唱教学

社会教学：

自2018 年创办「甜甜的音乐剧小屋」以来，在线上以哔哩哔哩为主，发布嗓音训练及音乐剧演唱教学相关视频。

2022 年推出3个月的“学期制”音乐剧演唱工作坊，将EVT与音乐剧演唱教学相结合，探索长期、深度的学习路径。

2019年-2020年在北京、上海、深圳开展线下工作坊，将 EVT 理论精准应用于音乐剧声乐教学。

高校实践： 

2025年为北京舞蹈学院音乐剧系校对音乐剧演唱教材。

2021 年在中国传媒大学，结合EVT教学内容，教授音乐剧演唱相关课程。

Tiantian Dong，China’s first Estill Mentor & Course Instructor (EMCI); Founder of “Tiantian’s Musical Theatre Hut”

In January 2026, Tiantian officially became the first Estill Mentor & Course Instructor (EMCI) in China, and is regarded as a leading figure in the localization and development of Estill Voice International’s Estill Voice Training (EVT) within China. From 2022 to 2026, she worked extensively in connection with international EVT resources, collaborating closely with current EVT President Dr. Kimberly Steinhauer and multiple senior EMCIs, including Patrik Thurner, Yukie Ina, Tim Richard, and Leon Trayman, while also connecting with EMT teams across Asia. Together, they formed the EVT International President’s Teaching Team and jointly presented seven editions of the “China Online EVT Level 1 & 2 Workshop.” Throughout this process, Tiantian served as organizer, course instructor, small group leader, and translator for all of the above instructors. Since 2022, she has been dedicated to building the EVT teacher community in China. In collaboration with multiple international EMCIs and Chinese EMTs, she has co-developed EFP and EMT preparation courses, successfully helping hundreds of learners obtain international EVT certifications.

At the same time, as one of the first graduate students specializing in Musical Theatre Vocal Pedagogy, Tiantian has continuously explored the deep integration of EVT principles with musical theatre vocal training and performance pedagogy.

EVT Certification Journey

2026, Earned certification as an Estill Mentor & Course Instructor (EMCI), becoming the first instructor in China to hold this qualification.

2022, Became the first Estill Master Trainer (EMT) in mainland China.

2019, Attended the EVT Level 1 & 2 Workshop led by EVT President Dr. Kimberly Steinhauer at Carthage College, and began formal EVT study and certification preparation under her mentorship.

Localization of EVT Teaching Materials

2025–2026, As an EMCI-C, taught multiple EVT workshops using the Chinese-language curriculum, creating a fully Chinese learning environment for EVT students in China.

2024–2025, Collaborated with several Chinese EVT professionals to complete the official Chinese translation and proofreading of the EVT Level 1 & 2 Workshop presentation materials.

2022, Worked together with professional translators in China to translate and proofread the Simplified Chinese edition of the Estill Foundation Course, which was subsequently published on the official EVT Online Academy.

EVT and Musical Theatre Vocal Pedagogy

Independent teaching practice

Since founding “Tiantian’s Musical Theatre Hut” in 2018, Tiantian has primarily shared vocal training and musical theatre singing education content online through Bilibili.

In 2022, she launched a three-month, semester-based Musical Theatre Singing Workshop, integrating EVT with musical theatre vocal training while exploring a long-term and in-depth learning model.

From 2019 to 2020, she conducted in-person workshops in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, applying EVT principles with precision in musical theatre vocal instruction.

University Practice

2025, Served as proofreader for a musical theatre singing textbook for the Musical Theatre Department of Beijing Dance Academy.

2021, Taught musical theatre singing courses at Communication University of China, integrating EVT-based teaching approaches into the curriculum.
