Shinji Segawa (born June 13, 1975) is a musician, bassist, singer, and instrumentalist from Hokkaido, Japan. He is known for playing the Chapman Stick and the innovative tapping instrument he developed, called the "Grand Board."

As a musician, Shinji primarily plays electric bass and sings backup vocals for the band Sentimental City Romance, often abbreviated as "Senchi." He is also an instructor for the Grand Board, a unique instrument of his own creation. Shinji favors DingWall basses equipped with the fanned fret system, showcasing his preference for technologically advanced instruments in his performances.
