Trainer Profile

Jan Pettersson – Singer and voice teacher, living in Gothenburg, Sweden. Jan graduated with a Master in Music Ed. from Örebro Musikhögskola in 2002. Jan started his EVT studies in 2007 for Helga Westmark and Dorte Hyldstrup. In 2013 he became a Certified Master Teacher. In 2017 he presented Belting at the International Congress of Voice Teachers(ICVT). In 2025 he became an EMCI-C.

Currently he teaches singing at the Musical Theatre program at Löftadalens Folkhögskola and an Estill Introduction course at Malmö Academy of Music. If you and/or your colleagues are interested in an Estill introduction workshop and/or study group, don't hesitate to send an e-mail.
