Kim Min-Jeong is the first Korean Estill Certified Master Trainer (EMT) and played a pioneering role in introducing Estill Voice Training (EVT) to Korea by organizing the country's first EVT workshop in 2017. She is a professor of Musical Theatre at Hongik University, where she provides Estill-based voice education for actor training. In addition, she works as a vocal coach for numerous musical theatre productions, and her clients perform in television, K-pop, and Korean musical theatre.

Originally trained as a classical singer with the goal of becoming a musical theatre performer, she became fascinated by the wide range of vocal qualities required across different singing styles. This curiosity led her to pursue an M.A. in Musical Theatre at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London, where she was first introduced to Estill Voice Training.

Her Estill journey began in 2012 when she attended the Level 1&2 Course course presented by The Voice Explained. Mentored by Anne-Marie Speed, she became an Estill Master Trainer (EMT) in 2017.

Since then, she has organized regular Estill Level 1 & 2 Courses through Eumvoice, helping to establish and expand the EVT community in Korea. She has mentored numerous Estill Figure Proficiency (EFP) candidates and EMT trainees, many of whom are continuing their certification journey with EMCI-TP Corinne Mager.

Committed to making EVT more accessible to Korean voice professionals, she has translated EVT Certification at a Glance for the Estill website, the Korean Notes for Level 1 & 2 Courses, and the Korean edition of Foundations of Estill Voice Training. Through her teaching, mentoring, and translation work, she continues to support the growth of the Estill community in Korea.
