Альона Конончук — українська Estill Master Trainer (EMT), яка на даний момент живе і працює в Польщі, та співпрацює з викладачами вокалу та вокалістами по всьому світу. Її робота стоїть на перетині вокальної педагогіки, наукового підходу до роботи з голосом і розвитку викладачів. За плечима Альони — тринадцять років досвіду хорового диригування (2008–2021) і понад сто індивідуальних учнів. Кожне її заняття і курс спираються на системний підхід, фізіологію та психологію голосу.

Альона входить до команди менеджменту Estill Voice International, долучається до створення навчальних матеріалів, а також є ініціатором та перекладачем матеріалів Estill українською мовою. Саме вона організувала перший тренінг EVT українською, відкривши модель Estill для тих, хто ніколи не мав доступу до неї рідною мовою.

У своїй роботі вона завжди спирається на три основні моменти: знайти, що не працює, підібрати точний інструмент і пояснити так, щоб людина сама зрозуміла, що відбувається з її голосом. Альона вже підготувала понад десять кандидатів до сертифікації EFP і продовжує розбудовувати спільноту Estill серед викладачів вокалу та вокалістів.

Крім цього, Альона пройшла курс вокальної педагогіки в Berklee Online і в своїй роботі спирається на академічну музичну освіту та роки диригентської практики.

Alona Kononchuk is a Ukrainian Estill Master Trainer (EMT) based in Poland, working at the intersection of vocal pedagogy, science-based voice training, and educator development. With a background in choral conducting (2008–2021) and over 100 individual students trained, she brings a systematic, physiology-first approach to every lesson and workshop.

Alona is a member of the Estill Voice International management team and has contributed to the development and Ukrainian translation of official EVT course materials. She organized the first-ever EVT training delivered in the Ukrainian language — making Estill accessible to a community that had never had it in their native language before.

Her work focuses on vocal technique and craft: diagnosing what is not working, building precise tools to fix it, and giving singers and voice teachers the language to understand what is happening in their own voice. She has prepared 10+ candidates for EFP certification and continues to support her graduates through ongoing feedback and consultation.

Alona has also completed a vocal pedagogy course at Berklee Online and brings additional perspective from her studies in choral conducting and music theory.
