Meet Ron Iacovelli, Nominee for EMT Advisory CommitteeCantante, Performer, autore Nato a Bari il 25 maggio 1984, inizia il suo viaggio nella musica nel 2001, con la band “Mister Wilson”.Dal 2002 al 2009 Frequenta la scuola di musica “Il Pentagramma” di Bari, per i primi anni studia con Mariella Carbonara, nel 2005 continua gli studi con Gianna Montecalvo che lo indirizza allo studio della didattica del canto, il repertorio jazzistico arricchendo il suo background musicale e artistico che fino a quel momento era basato sul Rock.Dal 2006 al 2009 frequenta il Triennio di Laurea in Musica Jazz presso il Conservatorio Piccinni di Bari.Nel 2008corso di foniatria applicata “Le dinamiche respiratorie e i registri negli stili vocali moderni” diretto da Franco Fussi eCorso ufficiale di primo e secondo livello  “Estill Voice Training” con Elisa Turlà e Alejandro Saorin Martinez.Nel 2010pubblica il primo disco della band “Ultimi stadi Giovanili” come autore dei testi e di alcune musiche. Il gruppo, oltre che sul territorio locale, si è esibito anche in spettacoli di respiro nazionale: ai “Magazzini Generali” di Milano (Italy) in quanto vincitore di “Hot Muzik Selection vol.1”, prodotta da Sony Music;  “Music Italy Show” di Bologna; all'evento “Felt” di Roma come vincitore di “Music Dreamers Vol.4”,” prodotto da “Universo Media Group/Universal Music”; Apertura di artisti del calibro di Simona Bencini, Quintorigo, Gigi d’Alessio e Tuck & Patti.2008 Frequenta Corso ufficiale di primo e secondo livello su “Estill Voice Training” con Elisa Turlà e Alejandro Saorin Martinez.Nel 2010  Corso di foniatria applicata “Anatomia e fisiologia della voce cantata” con Franco Fussi.Nel 2011Inizia l'attività didattica presso la Scuola di Musica "Must", nel suo studio privato e altre strutture in puglia come insegnante di canto.Special Topics “Estill Voice Training per cantanti” con Elisa Turlà.Nel Marzo 2012  Certificazione del “Basic Control of the Voice Production Options & Voice Qualities of Estill Voice Training”.Novembre 2012 IX Convegno Internazionale della Voce Artistica a Ravenna. Dicembre 2013 workshop sull’improvvisazione con Bob Stolof.Giugno 2014 Meeting Nazionale “Estill Voice Training  Roma” seminario sugli Effetti della Vocecon EMCI Alberto Ter Doest .21/05/2015Bachelor of Art in Modern Music con la Middlesex University di LondraGennaio 2016 si certifica Estill Master Trainer.Nel 2020 crea un associazione a Bari dal nome A Voce Libera, di cui e presidente e si occupa di diffondere il modello estill attraverso i suoi corsi di formazione.  Attualmente sta lavorando al secondo disco dei Mister Wilson e al suo primo disco solista  unicamente sulla sperimentazione vocale. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ron Iacovelli Singer, Performer, Author Born in Bari on May 25, 1984, he began his journey in music in 2001 with the band "Mister Wilson." From 2002 to 2009, he attended the music school "Il Pentagramma" in Bari. In the initial years, he studied with Mariella Carbonara, and in 2005, he continued his studies with Gianna Montecalvo, who directed him toward vocal pedagogy and enriched his musical and artistic background, which until then had been based on Rock music. From 2006 to 2009, he pursued a Bachelor's degree in Jazz Music at the Piccinni Conservatory in Bari. In 2008, he took a course in applied phoniatrics titled "Respiratory Dynamics and Registers in Modern Vocal Styles," directed by Franco Fussi, and an official course in first and second levels of "Estill Voice Training" with Elisa Turlà and Alejandro Saorin Martinez. In 2010, he released the first album of the band "Ultimi stadi Giovanili," for which he wrote the lyrics and some music. The group, in addition to performing locally, also appeared in national shows: at the "Magazzini Generali" in Milan (Italy) as winners of "Hot Muzik Selection vol.1," produced by Sony Music; "Music Italy Show" in Bologna; and the "Felt" event in Rome as winners of "Music Dreamers Vol.4," produced by "Universo Media Group/Universal Music." They also opened for artists such as Simona Bencini, Quintorigo, Gigi d’Alessio, and Tuck & Patti. In 2008, he attended the official first and second-level course on "Estill Voice Training" with Elisa Turlà and Alejandro Saorin Martinez. In 2010, he took a course in applied phoniatrics titled "Anatomy and Physiology of the Singing Voice" with Franco Fussi. In 2011, he began teaching at the "Must" Music School, in his private studio, and other facilities in Puglia as a singing teacher. He also took Special Topics in "Estill Voice Training for Singers" with Elisa Turlà. In March 2012, he obtained certification in "Basic Control of the Voice Production Options & Voice Qualities of Estill Voice Training." In November 2012, he attended the IX International Conference on Artistic Voice in Ravenna. In December 2013, he participated in a workshop on improvisation with Bob Stolof. In June 2014, he attended the National Meeting "Estill Voice Training Roma," a seminar on the Effects of the Voice with EMCI Alberto Ter Doest. On May 21, 2015, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Music from Middlesex University in London. In January 2016, he became a certified Estill Master Trainer. In 2020, he founded an association in Bari called "A Voce Libera," of which he is the president. He is involved in spreading the Estill model through his training courses. Currently, he is working on the second album of Mister Wilson and his first solo album, focusing solely on vocal experimentation.
