Diane Gaary teaches speaking and singing voice, performance skills, and movement. Diane's credentials include a BA in Theatre and English from Smith College, 2 years of graduate training in Speech Pathology at the University of Virginia, an MFA in Acting from the University of Virginia, teacher certification from The American Society of the Alexander Technique (AmSAT) and the Lessac Institute for Voice and Body Training, and the Feldenkrais Guild of North America®. As an Estill Master Voice Trainer®, Diane is proud to offer healthy, practical, effective, and pleasurable choices which help people communicate their passions and vocally do what they love. Diane's students have performed extensively on Broadway and in regional theatre, in film and television, and in major opera houses such as The Metropolitan Opera, The New York City Opera, and La Scala. Diane is on the faculty of Temple University and Arcadia University, teaches regularly at Westminster Choir College, and teaches private lessons online and in her private practice in Philadelphia, PA.
